Font lock Commit: and CommitDate: lines in Git logs

* lisp/vc/vc-git.el (vc-git-log-view-mode): Additionally recognize and
font lock Commit: and CommitDate: lines.  This is relevant when, for
example, the user has added "--format=fuller" to vc-git-log-switches.
